S-Hook Earring

This earring is a contemporary interpretation of an ancient form—based on artifacts found across the Roman Empire and the Middle East, dating from the 1st to 3rd centuries CE. Characterized by its S-shaped hook and coiled wire detail, the design was traditionally worn plain or with a single suspended bead or pearl.

This version is sold without a pendant and is intended as a modular base. It can be worn as-is or paired with elements from our bead and gemstone catalog, allowing you to create your own combinations in the spirit of historical adaptability.
